Cabernet Sauvignon – Syrah
This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Syrah (40%) embodies the traditions and work of the Cornut family. It is carefully aged in oak barrels in our cellars for a period of nine to twelve months.
It offers the freshness and characteristic black fruit and blackberry aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon, harmoniously complemented by the roundness and spicy aromas from the Syrah. Mas de Guiot is best enjoyed alongside marinaded game dishes or stewed meats in sauce.
